Skorupki kupuję w polskich fermach gęsi, a wzory i wiercenia wykonuję osobiście.
Przygotowanie i wycięcie wzoru jest bardzo czasochłonne, a w trakcie pracy powstaje duża ilość pyłu.
Po wszystkim trzeba jeszcze prawie gotowe jajo zanurzyć w wybielaczu aby usunąć resztki błony znajdującej się wewnątrz.
Skorupki wysyłałam już na cały świat. Nie jest to łatwe, bo są one bardzo delikatne. Koszty także są wysokie - nie da się ich wysyłać jako list - muszą być zapakowane w spore kartony wypełnione gąbką.
Do tej pory jednak wszystkie docierały w całości (nawet do Australii!).

When the holes are already cutted, the egg must be further immersed in acid to get rid of the inner membranes.
The whole steps requires a lot of time, tools, and the lack of allergy :) - cutting raises a lot of dust.
Shipping looks expensive, but it must be very carefully prepared. Shells are very fragile, so each is placed in a separate small box filled with a sponge.
Then, all these boxes are placed in a large box - also filled with sponge.
Unfortunately, international shipping of large boxes is not cheap :(
Until now, all shipments arrive undamaged!
